Stone has been quarried, carved, shaped and built with all over this island for thousands of years, each area has its own distinctive colour and texture.

When you look at an old stone structure the weathering and local conditions further change its appearance.

As I travel around the land I am always fascinated by these ever changing facades, Farm Buildings, Castles, Stately homes and humble dwellings are but a few, industrial architecture and transport engineering such as bridges, viaducts and canal locks are others.

Stone, the very bones of the earth, ripped out and utilised by man in many structural forms are without doubt a natural art-form in thier own right.

With the technological advance of digital photography we can capture these amazing artworks for posterity and our own continuous enjoyment at home by creating canvas prints from them.

So whether it is lichen covered standing stones of antiquity, massive carved frontages to eclisiastical buildings or moss strewn dry-stone walls of the countryside, the bones of the earth when captured and printed on canvas form a wonderfull collection of art for us all to enjoy.

In this hurly-burly, rush filled age we are often stressed by the pace of life, but the weekend is almost upon us and at last a time to relax and unwind.

Take some time out this weekend and marvel at the ever changing clouds above, the artist’s pallet of nature busily at work each day and generally unheeded by ourselves.

The ever changing colours, shapes and textures of scudding clouds have inspired artist and poets alike for centuries.

But in this fast-paced, breakneck world we overlook such beauty when all the time our minds are crying out for rest and rejuvenation, take a little time out this weekend to sit and enjoy the limitless expression of nature and if this lightens your mind then capture the drama un-folding before your eyes with your camera and we will print on canvas such scenes so that you may marvel at thier complexities and beauty all week through.

For with your mind refreshed you can face another week of work, safe in the knowledge that the world around you is still unfolding its rich tapestry above, just waiting for us to look up and behold.

Summer is here with a will, long sultry days, warm listless evenings and balmy weekends.

So what will you do with the good weather?

Barbecues and gaden parties, trips out with friends or family, sporting pleasures and relaxing pleasures; they are all there for the taking.

But don’t forget to record them with your camera and then we can turn them into canvas prints for you to keep and treasure always.

Printing on canvas has never been easier, just follow the simple on-screen instructions and we will do the rest.
